At CrossFit Merciless we also coach professional and amateur fighters from MMA, BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing, Full Contact Karate, and other Martial Arts disciplines in developing functional strength and endurance in their chosen sport.

Our ‘Full Contact Fitness’ fight preparation programs are designed to work in with an athlete’s technical training to provide sport-specific strength and conditioning to go the distance in the cage, on the mat, and in the ring.

Our coaches can work with your training schedule to create a periodised training regiment that’s right for you – wether it’s joining our existing CrossFit classes or undertaking a 6-8 week prepatory block of 1 on 1 coaching for an upcoming bout.
