* As per our revised time table, we are pleased to announce that Lorenzo & Dusko are now running FULL CONTACT KARATE sessions twice per week at 7.30pm Tuesday & Thursday. The class a mixture Full Contact Karate, striking for MMA and self defense so if you want to learn real, practical no bullshit martial arts this is the class for you. Both of these guys are highly qualified and have many years of competitive experience! Dusko is a 2nd Dan Black belt has over 15 years of experience competing and training in Australia, Japan and America. Lorenzo has over 12 years experience and has also competed and trained in Japan  Enhance your CrossFit training…

COMPETITION SQUAD…who is seriously interested?
I want to develop a team that will represent CrossFit Merciless in selected competitions. In particular we will be focussing on next years regionals and Schwartz’s CrossFit Challenge. There will be a couple of other competitions considered.

Before I post todays training I want to congratulate all of our athletes who competed so successfully for CrossFit Merciless over the weekend at Schwartz’s CrossFit Challenge. Every single one of you showed enormous gut’s, determination and will-you made us proud! You all showed enormous potential to make your mark in future competition. Next year…
We will continue to develop our competive squad and we have some exciting plans ahead.
I will be speaking to all current and potential squad members individually over the coming days.
